Any ignition switch for an I/O would work fine -- If you have an I/O. If you have a carbureted outboard you need one for an outboard with a push-to-choke feature. If you have a fuel injected outboard (2 or 4 stroke) you simply need a switch for an outboard. Those switches are generic and can be ordered right here on IBoats. The question I have, is what makes you think the switch needs replacing? And it is always helpful to know what type of power plant you have (I/O type & model/serial number) or an Outboard, Make, model & serial number. Even if you lost the key a dealer can provide the proper key and it doesn't have to be an Ebbtide dealer. Normally there is a letter or number code somewhere around the key slot. That's what the dealer needs.
