Working on a 1995 Johnson 150 fastrike and it seems to be flooding out and wont start, I checked to see if the primer was stuck and its not, checked to see if the VRO is pumping fuel and it seems ok, the fuel seems to be really rich in oil.Any suggestions to whats going on would be helpful.
