Ok, boat is 3 hours away, so trying to get an idea of what to expect. It is the 214 model, has a 5.0 Volvo, wakeboard tower with racks, and a tandem axle trailer. The upholstery looks terrific, and I am told the floors are solid. I have a few questions about it that I would like to hear from those with experience.
Are the floors and stringers in this model year still all wood, or is there some composite in there?
Any issues particular to this boat/model I should be aware of?
Since the hull is a Modified V or tri-hull (whichever you want to call it) how will it do in 1-2 ft waves? I have never been in a boat with that type of hull. Will still be comfortable or are we going to get our teeth knocked out? Could you compare the ride to a small fish/ski type boat with a 12 degree deadrise?
the asking price is almost too good to pass up. Thanks for the help guys.
