Hey , I have picked up a new motor for a kicker! It was a hard find, but I got one!

I heard it run before I got it, and I checked the compression late last night. It had 115 psi on the top cylinder and 110 on the bottom. The spark plugs where pretty black, so I think a good seafoaming will help out too.

I have a couple stupid questions to start with... where can I get sea foam in Canada? Walmart?

Also the little fin below the prop has a curve to the right. Is it bent? or are they supposed to have a little bend in it.

Go to any auto store and tell them you need to decarb your engine.
But a boat store is better.
Bends in the skeg usually don't bother anything, twists might.
