I need to replace the intake manifold on my raw water cooled 1995 Mercruiser 5.7 EFI/TBI Bravo engine. The part number should be 17620, but it appears that is no longer available and I have not been able to find one anywhere, aside from a used one selling on ebay for $300.

I know that Edelbrock make intake manifolds for all sorts of applications, including mine, but they are all aluminum, and since I am raw water cooled, I am afraid it would only last a season or two.

Do you guys have any ideas?

I think that should be the same manifold as the GM auto . might try some junk yards Cant imagine its any different than a 2 barrel manifold

I believe the current intake is aluminum. Any 350 TBI intake from either the Chevy trucks up through 1995 or the Cadillac Broughams with the 350 up through 1993 would have the same intake manifold.

Unless your in slat water the marine aluminum intake will work fine.
If you are in salt, then used is about the only way to go
