I was out on the water a few days ago when the "low oil" alarm started. The oil alarm sensor is located on a small, "safety" oil reserviour mounted on the engine itself. After filling up both tanks (the small safety reserve and the main, 3 gallon tank mounted below the engine) do i have to fill up the oil lines going to the oil pump, or will it fill and prime itself? How are the two tanks connected: after refilling both, do i need to make sure there are no air bubbles in the lines?
