1995 Sport Jet 120 Spark comes and goes HELP

I have a 1995 Sport Jet 120 Serial #OE133992

I have spark on all 4 cylinders but only for a few seconds while cranking. If I cycle the Key switch off and on again the spark comes back again but goes away. It will continue to repeat this pattern every time.

Any Suggestions?

Pull one of the wires off the back of the kill switch and see if that solves the problem.

I think I have it narrowed down to the rev limiter... After disconnecting it I had very strong spark on all 4 with none dropping out. I have a limiter on order and will post the result after its replaced.
