I have a 1995 Starcraft that I have owned since new. It has been garage kept under cover from day one. The boat has held up great with frequent use every summer. My issue now is the seats in the boat. The seats have held up great, but after 17 years they are starting to show some wear. I have looked on the web with no luck at trying to find replacement seats. I have found some that come close to the colors I have, but just don't match. My seats also have the S sewn into the sets for Starcraft. I would like to keep them as close to original as possible. Am I looking at custom made seats or can I get these somewhere? Does anyone know of a any place that may be able to help me out on this. I would greatly appreciate it.

Try Starcraft, or upholstery shop and have yours recovered.

What's your budget? A good upholstery shop should be able to recreate near exact replicas for you. If you don't want to spend a lot, take the covers off, buy some matching vinyl, and find a good seamstress. A seamstress can take recreate the covers at a fraction of the cost of an upholstery shop (at least that was the case here), but you will have to install the new covers yourself -- not as easy as it it looks.

Thanks for the info. There is a good upholstery shop here that does good work for a good price I may check with them and see what they can do it for. I will also check and see about getting someone to sew the covers for me. I have family that can replace the covers for me, that's his side work.
