1995 Stratos201proxl with Evinrude 200 V6

I am contemplating a purchase of this type boat and motor. Can some of you experts give me a rating on this engine? Good, Bad or Indifferent? I am familiar with Mercs but not the Rude 200 Vindicator V6 is it problematic?

I am partial to Mercury myself.
With that said, I have heard nothing bad about this engine.
Maybe ask in the engine, non repair forum for some more answers.
