1996 150hp evinrude prop reccomendations

I have a 1996 19ft hydra sports cc with a 1996 150hp evinrude ocean pro. My current prop in which im replacing is a 15x17 aluminum prop. The prop is pretty beat up but I was able to attain 30 kts at 5000 rpm with a light load. I hold 86 gal of fuel and fish offshore with three adults. My main issue is my boats bow seems to be very light and when I have a heavy load it takes a long time to get on plane. Without loosing anything on the top end can anyone suggest a aluminum prop that might help, and Is my current performance normal for my setup.
