1996 175 Ocean Pro Electrical Problem

Boat was running fine, I shut it off, and now it doesn't want to restart. When I turn the key, nothing happens, no fire. Now also, the tilt/trim isn't working. When I try to use it, I hear a slight clicking in some relays (I think) near the top of the motor. The 25 amp inline fuse is getting power. Any suggestions?

check the plug on the wiring harness, could be corroded, and all connections clean shiney and tight, also battery connections, battery cables also get little nicks and corrode from the inside. is the battery fully charged and no dead cells. auto parts tore can do a load test for FREE,

Ugh. The negative battery connection was bad. :/ I thought I had checked that good. Was getting 12 volts at the engine, but didn't have enough "umph" to turn it over or run the trim actuator.
