1996 2 stroke 175 hp prop ?

i have a 175 hp 2 stroke 1996 yamaha out board @ wot it runs @ 40 mph @ 5100 rpm & i not sure but i thought i saw 25 written on the prop , thats before i started scrathing around, i took the prop off [ without the motor running] ?? but i cant see any numbers , can some one tell me if this is the right set up to get the best out of the motor for fishing

ok the motor is on a streaker 5.85 tornament which weighs about 1.7 t it has a 20 degree dead rise i want to use the boat to fish the great barrier reef off Queensland , i can do this in small runs of about 100 mile return trip ,im looking for the best fuel results
