1996 200 EFI impeller and what else?

Just purchased 1996 200 EFI from family friend. I plan on replacing the impeller because he can't remember the last time it was replaced. Is there anything else I should consider replacing?

the fuel filter and add some seafoam to the fuel to clean the injectors. i would also check the compression

also lower unit oil
