1996 50 hp Johnson triple, dying out, please help

I have a 1996 50 hp Johnson 3 cylinder oil injected..<br /><br />I was having a problem with it suddenly stalling out at 3/4 throttle and above 3 months ago. I replaced the power pack, and everything was fine.<br /><br />It did it again today though, like it loses power and slowly runs out of gas and then suddenly stalls...Upon restart it seemed to be vapor locked, as the starter wouldnt turn over the motor. I had to spin the flywheel with my hands to loosen it up.<br /><br />Then when it started it was only running on 2 cylinders...But not in the SLOW mode, because upon holding the throttle wide open in gear for a certain period, it will slowly bog its way up, well over 2500 RPM's....But still running rough and on two cyclinders on the low end...What would cause this and for it to stall suddenly at WOT...and to seemingly vapor lock like that?<br /><br />I have replaced the fuel line and fuel filter already also when I changed the power pack.<br /><br />thanks for your help,<br /><br />jeff

I have spark to all 3 cyclinders, and gas in the bowl on all 3 carbs...However, the center cyclinder is not getting any gas therefor not firing. So it is running on two cylinders....<br /><br />So what would cause a sudden loss of gas to the center cylinder at WOT?<br /><br />PCG

I am slow, but none the less...<br /><br />No compression to the center cylinder...So the rings are shot....either clogged jet in carb or failure of the inject system?<br /><br />What is the cylinder wall material???
