Hello everyone, been a while since I’ve posted on here. I just recently purchased a 1996 Donzi medallion 212, motor runs excellent. Came with a 15x17 installed on the boat but I’m only getting about 28mph on gps at 4,000rpm when the book on the boat says it should be doing a little over 40mph. Is there anyone out there that owns this boat that can let me know what prop their using? Even with the boat at 4,400 I was only at 30. I don’t think the prop has slipped. I can say it was an ocean boat and the bottom was painted and I’m sure by the way it looks it isn’t helping my speed but I think it should move quicker than it does. Thanks in advance! Btw engine is a 5.7L with an alpha 1 gen 2. Just had it off and did u joints and gimbal. Btw this was with full tank, me my wife and two kids under 60lbs
