I need a little help first time boat owner. My control arm is sticking in forward and will not get out of gear unless I go to reverse then neutral.. I don't know which way to turn the 2 knobs on the motor to adjust this. Boat ran fine last year just started having this problem..I get it to working out of the water but after a little but of running on the water it starts sticking again. If you can help thanks alot in advance..
