1996 force 120 running bad

I can get the moter started on a fast idel but when i put it back to normal idel it stalls. I have replaced all spark plugs and have good spark. Also replaced fuel lines and fuel filter. When the moter is running i have found that the bottom carb has fuel flowing out of the front of the carberator. So my question is what is my next step?

Probably a bad float or equivalent if your running ethanol gas I know that can cause it

Gas coming from the front . Float set wrong, the reeds bad on that carb, dirty carb.
Do a compression test. Set the air screws at 1 and 1/8th turn out.
Clean the carb. While it's off look at the reeds.

I took the carburetor apart today and found the float was full of fuel. Also the main nozzle was sitting in the bottom of the bowl. I was suprized to find the carburetor was very clean on the inside but used WD40 and cleaned it more. I ordered a rebuild kit and a new float and will put it all back together when they arrive.
