1996 Force 120hp what Merc lower units will fit?

I have a 120hp 1996 Force with a bad lower unit. We all know these have a mercury lower unit. Im searching ebay and boat junkyards for a new one but they never advertise what motors it will fit. What year range and hp range merc units will fit on this motor? I see a ton of these units around and I just want to make sure i get a correct one.

I have found a bunch of merc lower units that fit but i still dont have a year or HP range.
