1996 Johnson 115

I had my lower unit seals changed and a new water pump, they charged me $690 on Lake Conroe, Texas is that to much.

This may **** off some dealers but I'd say they charged you about $200 too much.

I'd probably estimate 4 hours plus parts and fluids. Another 1/2 hour for a lake test. A LOT more if it's a saltwater motor.

It was 4.5 hours at $100 per hour.
