1996 Mariner 40 HP - starting procedure and more

Hi All,

I recently bought a used 1996 (I think) 40 HP ELPTO (I think) Mercury Mariner. The serial number is hard to make out, but I believe it is OG403xxx.

I know this has likely been asked a hundred times, but I'm not able to find it. Where can I download a users manual (not the repair manual)?

I'm going to replace the impeller before taking the boat out. Anything else I should be aware of?
