1996 Mariner Link and Sync

I have an older 1996 Mariner outboard that have good compression but has sat for a while and has a few cosmetic issues. Since these motors tend to burn up pistons if once carb leans out, I plan on rebuilding the carbs this weekend and doing a full lync and sync. Once its running well, I will continue the restoration. Can anyone lead me to the Lync and sync procedure for a 1996 2 stroke 3 cylinder 75 Hp Mariner?
