good afternoon,,,when starting off in the morning from the ramp the motor doesn't want to run rite, she has a hard time getting up on plane and runs rough,,after I run it,,fish for a while she goes back to running normal,,I'm thinking water in the filter when I tilt motor up to load up after the previous
