engine was running fine but shifter a stiff. I removed the shifter and greased then when I reassembled the shifter moved freely and would not engage nuetral. When I turn the ignition I get one beep then nothing, does not turn over. When I move the shifter the throttle arm on the motor pops off. Battery is charged. Could the be the neutral safety switch? Flywheel will not turn, is this because it is not in neutral?
