1996 mirrorcraft 16.5' fishing boat aluminum hull

Hi i would like to know if this is a good quality boat, it has a 100hp Suzuki so it should have lots of power.

My 14 footer is 50 years old with no leaks and not a single loose rivet. (Check my signature). If it's built anything like mine you'll end up giving it to the grandkids someday.

Mirrocraft has always made a good boat in my opinion, owned a couple and never had any issues. My concern is the 100 hp, sounds like an awfull lot of motor for a 16' alum hull. Are you sure the boat is rated for that much HP?

My post same-same MI duckdown and airshot posts. My Mirrocraft 14' tinnie 29 yrs old. No loose rivets, no leaks, transom still strong.
