I'm looking to purchase this used Procraft , The seller was up front concerning the below issue ? Should I walk away and/or is there something more the seller needs to have done to the repaired section ?

There is one stress crack on the right hand side which allowed a small trickle of water to come in causing me to run the pump more than I would want, its below the hydraulic lift but I took it to a shop and they sealed it with fiberglass resin , I haven't had a problem since.

Please Chime In

the repair was botched.......resin alone does not do anything.....it will re crack and begin leaking with in just a few weeks.

second.....that is one heck of a stress crack if the glass has a leak......there is a whole lot more to this story.

third.....chances are the floatation foam in the boat has also been compromised.....this means its wet, and it cannot be dried out...it must be replaced.

it is entirely possible, from your description, that this seemingly simple repair could be worth about 3k

Hey OOP's , Thanks

The boat owner said it no longer leaked , but still , I'll just walk & look for another boat.
