Welcome aboard. My 21 foot Suntracker with 90 horse has a fifteen gallon tank. I would expect yours to be similar. I can reach mine easily though. Is yours covered or something?

Short people need a ladder

I'm 6ft 2in and need a ladder??
Tank on on deck; behind fence; next to motor; under the sun deck.
With toon on trailer at service station gas pump, I can barely reach the gas cap to remove it, so I guess you are correct, I NEED A LADDER!!!

If you're really after suggestions on how you might make it easier to fill, a pic or 2 might help?

Okay, that's right where mine is, but mine isn't enclosed. Can you not stand on the deck beside it? I'm sure it would take a little bit of contortion but should be doable, maybe turn on the gas pump then lay the nozzle where you can reach it when you climb up.

That's what I have to do with mine. The filler is under the rear deck with a removable cover. Start the pump climb up rear ladder, insert nozzle, start filling. If the admiral is with me she hands me the hose.

I think I'd be considering the installation of some kind of remote filler? Ladder thing and climbing around on the boat at a gas station doesn't sound like something I'd want to do often either.

You could do what its designed for and fill it at the gas dock.

For a trailer sailor passing a dozen gas stations on the way to or from the ramp, that may not be the most practical solution? In any case, a properly installed, well thought out remote fill location might do both well?

I received the answer to my question....Tracker Marine advises that the capacity of fuel tank is 21 gal. I appreciate those trying to help. Oh! and by the way, marina gas docks in my area are closed for the winter.

I'm with you there. Gas is a buck or more cheaper on land, and if a guy tows his boat it only makes sense to fill up on the way to the water. FWIW I think you'll quickly get used to whatever dance you have to do to fill up on land.
