Prior to putting the boat in the water this year I had a mechanic clean all of the carbs. Motor ran fine last year. After put in, I ran across the bay and back with no problem. Second run was a couple of miles, then down a canal at 5mph. Upon returning, the engine started losing rpms sounding like losing a cylinder and then it trying to kick in. Had mechanic back who put in a new fuel filter and primer bulb and proclaimed everything fine. I took boat out and same problem. I replaced anti-siphon valve, another primer bulb and fuel filter. Same problem. I replaced the three fuel pumps. Same problem. Back to mechanic who cleaned carbs again. Samoe problem. Fuel check valve cleaned. Same problem. Short of getting a new mechanic I was hoping you guys could give me some advice. Spark and compression are good. Help!!
