I am new to boating, I am looking at a 1997 sundowner with a 5.7 volvo eng. and outdrive. he was asking 10 500 I have him down to 8500 I think I can get it for 8000. The boat is kept in the water at the marina it comes with a trailer too. The boat seems to be run good I took it out, I just want your guys thoughts about this boat and if the price is rite or still to high. I am going to have a mechcanic do a compresson test and look the boat over if the price is rite. I live in Mi. and will be using the boat on Lake St. Claire.
