Purchased a 1997 5hp force,Ran good when bought it at guys house, But had to buy gas tank,primer bulb,hoses, And fuel line connector to motor. Now i try to start it
and it will run, then bog down then die. look at carb and gas it leaking from the front and filling the top of head and leaking out the side of cowl. I pump fuel with primer,
Disconnect fuel line, Start it up and it will run then right when its about to run out of gas i re-connect the fuel line back in and it will run then when its about to die
i disconnect the fuel again. I repeated this to get back to dock. Any ideas on how to fix this. Your advice would be greatly appreciated.
