Good Morning,,,,Question on the bypass water line coming out of engine cover,,,,at the end of the tube there was a small blue restrictor,,,when cleaning the line out the small blue piece broke,,,I had the boat out for the first time today and it seems to be pumping a lot of water out at WOT,,,,,does this have to be in,,I cant find a breakdown that this is shown, any help would be great,,,thanks Mike
