I am having a small issue with a 90 HP envinrude. I am able to start the engine when cold, but I must have the fast idle at about 3/4 when starting. I also push the primer about 8 seconds prior starting. At times the engine will not idle in the neutral position... it just stalls. Additionally, after running and then the motor sits for about 30 minutes, I must put the fast idle back at 3/4 and prime for about 3 seconds prior to starting. Ive changed spark plugs and checked the primer solenoid. Any ideas why this happens? Is the engine not getting enough gas when starting? Is there a way to check?
Thanks!
