1997 Evinrude 25HP powerhead torque specs

Hey all, Need a favor here. I'm rebuilding a neighbor kids power head he was passed down from his late Father. Looking for some torque specs. 1997 Evinrude 25 HP twin cyl 2-stroke. I know i can buy the manual but i'm doing the labor for him at no charge. I spent 3 hours looking for the correct manual already online with no luck. Here's what i'm looking for:

* What type of crankcase sealer do i need?
* Connecting rod torque spec
* Crankcase 1/2's torque spec
* Case end cap torque
* Exh plate and intake torque spec
* Cylinder head torque spec
* Sealant on the head gasket? Yes/no? It was sealed for some reason previously.
* Flywheel torque
* Power head mounting bolts torque spec?
