Hey guys, just need confirmation on my troubleshooting. My outboard has been intermittently very hard to start. Idles terribly rough, but runs fine above about 3000 rpm. I finally caught it at home on the water hose with my timing light. The number 1 or top cylinder is not firing properly. No I did not run it at 3000 rpm in the backyard...lol. I verified that on a fishing trip that was quite miserable due to needing to idle correctly. You all have been a big help before, thanks in advance.
I think it is my regulator pack. Am I right?
