1997 evinrude 9.9 kicker wont stay running.

I am having issues with my kicker motor it will start right up then it will die. It is a 4 stroke. I changed the plugs and the fuel pump and the bulb and fuel line. It is getting fuel to the bowl. I think I need to clean my carbs out. How can I do this easaly do I have to take the carbs off? I know I cant run seafoam through it cause it does not stay running long enough.

No experts on small evenrude 4 strokes. I just want a easy way to do these carbs should I tear them down and try to find a carb kit for this thing? Which I have not been able to locate.

If your currios I fixed this. Figuring out that a float was stuck by tapping the carberator litely and cranking the motor the float freed up and is runnig great. A side note the shifter on this OMC is strange you have to pull it out to forward it in nuetral learned something new.
