have a 1997 90 evinrude motor cranks and run good for about 45 mintues, shutt off motor to fish and after awhile try to crank and motor seem to be flooded and runs ruff. Can take off cover and play with the throtle and clear out the motor and then it runs good untill i stop it and does it again. Do i have a carb problem or overheating? Water pumps seems to pumping ok.
