I have a 1997 Trophy 2002WA and am having some tach issues..
When the ignition switch is turned on (not start, just on) the tach slowly increases to about 2k rpm.
When the engine is running the tach operates fine and within WOT range for my prop.
What would cause the tach to show RPM when the engine isn't running?
