If all electrical connections are good then you lost a power pack.

That motor has a single powerpack. Check to make sure the Shift Assist (starboard side on shift linkage) switch is closed. This kills spark to 1/2 the motor when you shift in/out of gear. Disconnect the SLOW sensor wire at the powerpack, as this system kills spark to 1/2 the motor when it detects overheat. There is blocking diode that can cause incorrect operation of SLOW, as well.

Thank you for your feed back. I disconnected the black/yellow wire going to the shift interuptor switch and now I am getting spark to the starboard side. will be replacing this switch.

Check to make sure the Shift Assist (starboard side on shift linkage) switch is closed.

Should read: Check to make sure the Shift Assist (starboard side on shift linkage) switch is OPEN.

The switch closes momentarily when shifting, killing the three stbd cylinders for a split second to reduce strain on the LU.
