My brother in law bought that exact same boat new in 96, his had the sport seating(different than the one your looking at and his had the V-8) I personally like the more conventional seating like the one in the ad it provides more interior room to me. The v-6 would be a fine engine for that boat, enough to pull skiers, tubes, etc. Even though his had a 350 it would do 60 mph with the right prop almost overkill(if there is such a thing) He never had a seconds trouble with that boat, ever. As with any used boat however its only as good as the previous owners maintainence, but the overall package is a good solid boat in my opinion.
