I have a 97 115 2 stroke elpto that's having a speratic fuel problem we can't figure out. for the last couple weeks the motor will run fine (10-12 mile run ) to fishing grounds no issue. we will run a troll for a hour and go to restart the main motor and it will fire then slowly bog out and will not restart then. will prime bulb and it will start and die repeatedly then all of a sudden catch and run fine again after 15 mins of messing around with it. I've replaced all inline filters...primer bulbs...gas lines..rebuilt the fuel pump..checked vents and so on. it ran good for 2 trips then same issue showed its self again last trip out. I was just going to limp in on the kicker motor which has never given us a issue. it's off a splitter fuel line from the main tank as it's a 4 stroke. the primer bulb for that was rock hard and would not pump at all...1st time ever. it makes me think I have a issue somewhere in the tank possibly?? at a loss here...boat is a 19' 1993 starcraft superfisherman...any help would be much appricated
