1997 Spectrum boat...?

Hi all. Not sure if this is in the right forum but a local here is posting a 1997 Spectrum boat with a 75hp Mariner on it for $ 5000.00....being in Canada prices are always higher but the pics he sent me look nice. Anyone have info on this type of boat and potential problems that would be helpful to me ?

I am told that Spectrum are entry level boats. With that said, I have a 94 model with a 75 Merc on it. I haven't had any problems outside of a fuel pump and it is solid.

Sold mine 3 years ago for 4700, and it was nearly spotless.

I would think in todays market, that you could get it for $3500, or less.
