remote switch on control arm fried and put the trim in down position with motor running all night. Had to disconnect remote switch under cowling to stop motor. I know I need a new remote switch but now motor seems weak and the motor goes up and down more slowly with a deeper sounding noise. Also when I lower it the motor will lower in a herky jerky fashion. Can I salvage this situation.
