Thats suspicious to me.
I don't know if you are aware that you cannot test spark with a sparkplug.
A sparkplug can spark perfectly but produce zero spark when installed, thats the reason for using spark testers. The gap must be set to 7/16th inch, thats a huge gap, and the spark must be bright blue, not yellow.
Auto part stores sell adjustable gap testers for $12 at the most.
Do that before moving on to fuel delivery. I think you'll find a spark problem.
