This engine is on a 25' pontoon that is constantly driven under 2k RPM's since I purchased it 1998. Just this year it started running very rough under 2k RPM's but anything over and it runs like new. I never cleaned the carbs before so I went through them last night and they looked like perfect and all the jets were clear. I haven't run it yet but my guess is that the issue will not be resolved. I never touched a thing before the low speed issue so I don't think the carbs are out of sync but I ordered the tool to do it anyway.
Any ideas what else I should check ?
