1998 75 HP force tracker - Tilt wont hold slip after 20 minutes, i can seem to find any leaks.

It still operates normally, but when running, if I have it trim to the sweet spot, it will eventually drop some and I have to adjust it up.

When I get back to the dock, I put it up, it then eventually falls back down. after some time.

D I need to replace this whole thing?

when fluid level is low it just won't lift. It goes up until the is no fluid in the reservoir and stops. It doesn't drift down or anything. It just stops. It does not sound like low fluid from your description. So a hydraulic rebuild is in order.

Go to **********, crowleys, or some other place with good online parts diagrams. I think there are some parts that mercury does not sell. However, a good hydraulics shop should be able to fill in the gaps. I also have a single ram flat rate rebuild listed on ebay. This system would qualify as a mercury single ram.
