1998 90hp 2stroke

i have a 90hp yamaha 2 stroke that seems to idle ok but when i try to throttle up the engine starts to bust up and stall. I cleaned the carbs and changed the plugs but it still does the same thing.Any ideas on how to fix or what to look at.o yeah i replaced the fuel pump to.

Carb idle mixture screws set properly?? They control the transition from idle to mid range and would cause stalling. It is also possible you didn't get the carbs clean. Did you disassemble them totally? New needle and seat? Float levels properly set? Water in the fuel?? Old fuel??

We recleaned the carbs and adjusted the carbs and found pinhole in fuel line.the motor runs better but now has rough idle.
