1998 bayliner jazz 175 sport jet parts

I just picked up a 98 bayliner jazz with a 175 sport jet, the person I got it from said it was running and then it died on labor day weekend and could not get in running again. I picked the boat up for 250 bucks. It came with a extra 175 hp engine (almost complete). The boat is in pretty good shape overall. Pretty good deal I thought! I had to free up the throttle cable as it was stuck, after that I sprayed some mixed gas into the carbs and it damn near fired right up. But it is still hard to start by itself. He said he had rebuilt the carbs but Im not to sure about his mechanical skills, so I would like to rebuild them myself. Where do I find a kit for these carbs?

Another question I had is where do I find body parts for this particular boat? I am looking for the starboard side rear engine vent that is broken.
