I want to winterize this engine. (Model E10REEB)
I'm not sure how to get at the bottom spark plug below the fuel pump. Do I take the cowling off? (How do I do this?) or do I remove the fuel pump?
Thanks

SilverM Go to the store and buy a 5/8 spark plug socket w/built in swivel.Use a 6 inch extension all in 3/8 drive go in from the corner behind the fuel pump .Be careful!!!! when it gets loose remove socket use a 1/4inch fuel hose 6-8inchs long ,push it onto the tip of the plug and spin it out.Reverse procedure to install

I think you'll need a 13/16 for the plug, at least if its a L77JC4 plug ;)

4 stroke motors are harder than 2 stroke ones, but if you can get the motor to suck in enough fog oil thru the carbs, while running, to stall the engine, there should be enough oil on the rings for storage. So don't pull the plugs unless you want to change them.

DHP
