1998 Merc 40 HP --Tiller Conversion?

I am looking at purchasing a 98' Mercury 40 hp outboard and wanted to see if it could be converted over to a tiller motor, rather than its' current controls and telflex steering. It would be for a duck boat and do not wish to install a console.

Is this possible? Are there kits available? Not sure about minor details on this conversion.
