1998 Mercruiser alfa one, Thunderbolt Ign 5. Will not fire

I tried everything! 305 V8 mercusier - thunderbot ignition was running then stopped dead. Will turn over with nothing. New rotor, rotor cap, coil, and positioning sensor. I get 12 volt out of the Ignition control module (ICM). Gets gas in carb when i push on throttle. SOS
