1998 omc 175hp ficht 20 amp fuse location?

Hello, no power at key or instruments; checked all fuses in pdp; I see in some posts that there's a 20 amp inline fuse somewhere; I can't find it; can anyone direct me to it?

You could have a bad pdp panel. I've heard of some of them that a connection in the panel will break loose and the owner repaired it themselves.
